You’re here because you’re not sure what else to do.

You’re someone who likes to figure things out on their own, but you’ve been feeling stuck for a while. You’ve been struggling in the most vulnerable parts of your life, and it's chipping away at your relationship, your confidence, and your sense of self.

Sometimes you try to tackle it in a new way--through self-help books or re-committing to your self-care routine--but nothing seems to stick for long. Other times you just avoid thinking about it in hopes that with enough time, it will resolve on its own. It seems like no matter what you do, you eventually find yourself at square one again.

Sometimes you wonder if you are broken and cannot be helped. You worry that this might be as good as it gets.

You’ve found your way here because you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, and disconnected. You’re looking for a space where you can explore all parts of yourself in a light of acceptance, so that you can finally create long-lasting change.

You’re in the right place.

Hi there. I’m Ginny.
(She/Her)

I’m here to help you get comfortable with the uncomfortable.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Christiansburg, VA, specializing in trauma-informed sex therapy and supportive care to LGBTQIA+, kink, and sex worker communities. I help people get comfortable with the uncomfortable—your sexual self, vulnerability, and the emotions that are keeping you stuck.

Right now, I know it’s probably impossible to imagine feeling any different. I’m here to tell you that you’re not broken, and you’re not doomed to a future of always feeling this way. You’re putting so much pressure on yourself to fix this that you’re getting further from what you want and less certain of yourself in the meantime.

Let me help you find your way back.
